Melbourne PC User Group

Melbourne PC user Group needed support for their CiviCRM solution to enable them to run their Memberships, Events and Mailings.

• They are a membership organisation for those with wide ranging computer related interests, and offer ther members lots of opportunity to engage via the Melbourne Computer Club, and Special Interest Groups.
• Membership is a subscription model, offering many benefits to users, so it was important to get the management and communication right, and continously improve efficiency to minimise the workload for their volunteer support team.
• Their sites are all Wordpress, integrating with CiviCRM.

An exciting 'advanced' collaboration project has been the automated event attendee recording solution, which utilised a QR reader and the CiviCRM API.
